This level is designed for experienced technicians who want to master advanced replacements, ADAS calibration, specialty vehicles, and leadership skills. Graduates become “lead technicians” capable of handling the toughest jobs, training others, and ensuring full compliance with industry standards.

  1. Advanced ADAS Calibration
    • OEM service information and bulletins, Using calibration equipment (targets, scan tools, software), Post-calibration verification and documentation.
  2. Specialty Vehicle Glass
    • RVs, buses, and commercial vehicles, Classic car restoration glass techniques, Heavy equipment and fleet services.
  3. Advanced Damage Assessment & Problem Solving
    • Complex repair decisions (multiple damages, long cracks), Warranty and troubleshooting leaks/noise issues, Handling aftermarket parts challenges
  4. Regulatory & Legal Compliance
    • AGRSS/AGSC standards and certifications, Insurance/TPA processes and compliance awareness, Liability avoidance and documentation best practices.
  5. Shop Leadership & Mentorship
    • Training apprentices and team members, Job site leadership for mobile operations, Communication and conflict resolution.
  6. Business & Career Growth
    • Professional certifications (CEU's, Hands-on Training),Building a reputation and career roadmap, Introduction to management and ownership.
  • Performing static and dynamic ADAS recalibrations with proper tools
